We strive to keep our products up to date, but may sell out from time to time. Once you place your order we will contact you via phone or e-mail regarding the status of your order.
SHIPPING
Our goal is to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock, we will ship to you within 24 hours of your order. We use USPS when possible. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will let you know and, if possible, a ship date from the artist. Your account will not be charged until the item is shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Due to high industry standards, there is no return on canvases, books or charts. Accessories will be refunded only if they are sealed in their original packaging. All items purchased are subject to a 30-day return policy. Please read all item descriptions carefully before making your purchase. If you need additional information regarding any product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
ADDING THREADS
After you select a canvas purchase, you will be asked whether or not you need threads with the item. If you choose to add threads to the canvas, the price of your overall order will increase. We will contact you by email to confirm the increase in price *before* charging your credit card.
