Return Policy

Please note that all threads are NOT returnable. In addition, book, patterns, stitch guides, custom cut canvas and special ordered items are not returnable. 

Deposits for Special Ordered items are not refundable. An item is considered special ordered when it was not in stock and you paid a deposit to us and requested that we order the item. 

We will offer store credit or exchanges for items returned within 10 days with the exception of books, patterns, stitch guides, custom cut canvas, or custom ordered items. All items must be unused in the original packaging.
